Mechanism of Action
After injection, PDLLA microspheres provide immediate structural support to help improve superficial depressions.
As the microspheres gradually degrade, they stimulate fibroblasts and promote the production of Type I and III collagen and elastin.
As the collagen matrix is progressively remodelled, skin support and elasticity improve, helping restore a firmer, fuller and more youthful appearance.
Measured Results.
At 12 months post-treatment, the effective improvement rate for moderate-to-severe nasolabial fold wrinkles reached 81.52%.
