Mechanism of Action
Following subcutaneous or supraperiosteal injection, PDLLA microspheres gradually degrade and activate fibroblasts, promoting the regeneration of Type I and III collagen and elastin. This progressively increases tissue volume, helping improve body proportions and contours.
Technical Advantage
Compared with PLLA and PCL, PDLLA microspheres have an amorphous structure that offers superior flexibility and resistance to brittle fracture. This allows them to adapt more effectively to dynamic facial tissue movement, supporting a more natural tissue feel and filling performance.
Measured Results.
At 12 months post-treatment, the effective improvement rate for moderate-to-severe nasolabial fold wrinkles reached 81.52%.
